She met me when I drove up and she was the last person I saw before driving off in a vehicle I didn't think I could afford on my strict retirement budget. She stayed with me every step of the way. She listened, which many sales folks don't do anymore. She was friendly, making sure I was comfortable. I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience at Toyota of Cleveland. We didn't live close by and found the car we linked through the internet.
