I stopped in without an appointment because I discovered a large screw in my tire. Joe was very helpful as always. The bad news is the tire needed to be replaced. After a short wait I was on my way with a brand new tire. A side comment about Honda in general. I wish Honda would upgrade their service computer software to better track warranties on vehicles. Over the years I have had work done at three different Honda dealers. None of them have had easy access to warranty information. The information is there, but the service writers have to dig for it. You, the customer, need to know what repairs should be covered. I almost paid $300+ for the replacement tire. But after digging, we determined the tire was covered and I did not pay anything for the tire replacement. More

I have I high mileage pilot. I spontaneously stopped in due to my tire pressure alert popped on a couple times. Turns out I had a nail in my rear tire. I agreed to a patch until my future appt to get all tires replaced. I had my dog wi popped on a couple times. Turns out I had a nail in my rear tire. I agreed to a patch until my future appt to get all tires replaced. I had my dog with me & couldn't sit there with her for 2 hours. I left, heard an odd noise, pulled over and saw a bolt in my tire! I called & returned & they verified this was not standard protocol. Tire tech used a bolt vs a plug!! They said my tire tread was too low for a patch so he did this, yet no one told me! Joe verified this was not normal & gave me a rental to get my dog home as they were installing 4 new tires. I mention all this in hopes this incident taught the tire kid to ask for help or at least have someone verify his work before sending a customer on the road. Joe was superb during my long afternoon there. More
