Jason Jakobowski has been helping me for as long as he's been at Zeigler and I'm extremely grateful for his attention to my needs. This review has nothing to do with Dion he was absolutely amazing, kind and helpful and got me in and out as quickly as possible. I am however disappointed with the recommendations the service crew suggested when I came in for an oil change and then needed 3 critical other things done but when I took it to a friends shop they said it wasn’t critical and that my oil leak was barely there but I feel like every time I come in you guys try to make a buck off me. Again, Dion is so awesome and heard me and my concerns and was the absolute best service advisor I had worked with there. More
