I have been with Klaben for 27 years. I went to tech school and started here working in the body shop. I then moved to parts where I worked at the counter and parts pickup and delivery. I have worked at the service desk for 21 years. In my free time I like to go to Cedar Point with my son. I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee off of Chris a year ago and recently brought it in for it's first service. Chris was great to work with during the purchase, as well as the manager, Tim Beane. My new Jeep had an electrical problem with the air bag. The part from Jeep took a while to be delivered to Klaben. Klaben promptly installed it when it came in and called me right away when it was ready fo The part from Jeep took a while to be delivered to Klaben. He called me every day and let me know the status of my vehicle when we were waiting for a part to be delivered. Very nice guy to work with. More
