I had to buy a car in the midst of the pandemic. In an already stressful time, Joe Haig made the process not only smooth, but fun! And for the first time in 30 years, Lokey gave me a better purchase price already stressful time, Joe Haig made the process not only smooth, but fun! And for the first time in 30 years, Lokey gave me a better purchase price than lease price so I bought my first car - 2020 Atlas Cross Sport. Warning! BEWARE!!! IF YOU ARE FEMALE DONT GO HERE! Joe Haig, Tony and Phil are sleazy guys! A bunch of misogynistic men here. I bought a 2020 Volkswagen on Saturday May 1st. Someone hit the car had a big Haig, Tony and Phil are sleazy guys! A bunch of misogynistic men here. I bought a 2020 Volkswagen on Saturday May 1st. Someone hit the car had a big dent in the driver side door while I was signing papers. They are going to fix it but told me I had to rent a car. This is unacceptable. My mom and I were yelled at and surrounded by all the men in the lobby when we asked for a loaner car or to just cancel the purchase 6 days after I bought it. They would not help in any way. Mothers day weekend my mom and I were treated like trash. My mom called and spoke to Tony and he said he'd have a loaner car for me today so they could fix the car. Just left without a loaner can. We could not speak with the General Manager Matt Lokey as of course he is always in a meeting. Being a woman in a man's world at this dealership is not worth it. BEWARE GO ELSEWHERE IF YOUR A FEMALE! More

We are Volkswagen and Audi owners from the 60’s and we have to say that this purchase has been one of the best ever. Joe was so knowledgeable about the Tiguan and all it’s features. He related to both of have to say that this purchase has been one of the best ever. Joe was so knowledgeable about the Tiguan and all it’s features. He related to both of us in a most appropriate and attentive manner. He never pressured us, even when we said we needed to go look at an Audi A4. He was extremely interesting and fun to talk with. He was especially efficient and we felt comfortable in his ability to get the sale done. While here we enjoyed the atmosphere and how the staff interacted with one another. Toby was pleasant and most accommodating as well. A real team with all involved. I can’t imagine any way the dealership could be improved.Thank you, Joe. You just may see us again !!! More
