Joe Haig is a very friendly and open sales representative and can clearly communicate alternatives on pricing and options. He also has a good ability to "fill" time waiting for the documents' singing proces and can clearly communicate alternatives on pricing and options. He also has a good ability to "fill" time waiting for the documents' singing process, which is an unfortunate bottleneck in the process. If that bottleneck could be relieved, sales associates would be freed up to make more sales. It should not take 5 hours to complete a transaction when the customer already knows what he or she wants when they arrive at the dealiership. More
