He heard my needs and helped me determine the vehicle that would work best for me, while also making sure it was what I wanted and that I was happy. Richard Klaben also met with me! Meeting the owner at a dealership who wants to personalize a relationship is almost unheard of. He was very kind and genuinely concerned with my satisfaction with the vehicle.
