Maybe I caught them at a bad time but was sent from one dealer, to another dealer down the road. Service time wasn’t too bad but they could use some improvements on the customer waiting area. Would also have been nice to have been told the cost (at least an estimate) of the service I requested before beginning the service. This is done at other service centers. Overall, the staff was courteous and professional and I would recommend them to others. More

To tell you the truth, that’s the worst experience I ever had. They went from one rate with my own bank. They even my own bank told me they pull my credit out three times and they denied it then they have me had. They went from one rate with my own bank. They even my own bank told me they pull my credit out three times and they denied it then they have me with a Chrysler capital of the highest rate and they’re trying to trick me.
