I think that it is completely ridiculous that Sutherland requires their customers to pay for hello Jack, ETCH, and a paint protection program totaling over $2000. I have never experienced a situation before where I felt like I was swindled into paying for this, and was told that it was nonnegotiable because of the requirements of the dealership’s management. Additionally, I felt extremely uncomfortable when sitting down with financing, and was not willing to purchase all of the items that was presented to me. I was told that I could easily ask for these items yet I did not want them, and I felt extremely uncomfortable and felt it was very unprofessional that I was told that I could afford them in there for hands by them based on my annual salary.
