Honestly I warn anyone who is going to be selling their car here. I gave this business many opportunities to make it right. Sold my car March 23, 2024 and didn't get my check until May 16, 2024 after they assured I would get my check within two weeks. They spelled my name wrong on the check so could not cash it, when I went to pick it up again it was locked in the office because an employee left it there, and then an employee took my check home so when I came to pick it up he said he left it at home. A manager promised a giftcard for all the "hassle" and "terrible experience" which obviously I never got. Manager Matt never followed up. I am so happy that two of my colleagues and friends took my advice and didn't go here for business. More
