We did do an oil and filter service to the customers vehicle, and did not put the old oil back in it they got their paper work that the oil service was done. Yes the customer did wait longer than expected, and the manager gave the customer the oil and filter service at no charge to them. The vehicle does have a rusted and porous oil pan, they chose not to have it done. So they have and oil service done, find out wrongs wrong with their vehicle, and it is done at no charge to the customer. ??????? Sincerely Joe Bellizia
