Jimmy was presented with an impromptu visit by an unhappy customer and handled it with grace, calm and professionalism. He was accommodating, FAST, pleasant and delivered on his word. There were no false promises, and when faced with unwarranted unfair treatment out of assumption that Sales would disappoint he again handled himself and the situation perfectly. Due to the Service department, this dealership was considered a zero out of 10 to me, but if you go to Sales, make sure to say hi to Jimmy! The Sales team actually seems like good people. More
