I'm a huge fan of the underdog, whether it be the Cleveland sports teams, the runt of the litter, the disadvantaged or just the everyday average human being struggling to find some happiness in life. I try to smile often because I know a smile is contagious and I'm always trying to bring a little happiness to anyone who crosses my path. Nothing excites me more than helping someone to achieve a goal or a dream and it's especially exhilarating when you help a less fortunate person to purchase a car.

My experience at Halleen Kia was postive and excellent. I went to Halleen Kia purchasing my first car, not knowing really anything. I brought my mom with me. And everyone there was so nice and awesome they I went to Halleen Kia purchasing my first car, not knowing really anything. I brought my mom with me. And everyone there was so nice and awesome they explained everything in detail to me. They all really did an amazing job and they weren't super pushy. Jim even called me the next day to follow up after I bought my car, if I had any question. Outstanding job. More

Goog experience Found car on internet. Called Jim told him of the 3 cars I was interested in got there and he was waiting to show me the cars I was interested in. B Found car on internet. Called Jim told him of the 3 cars I was interested in got there and he was waiting to show me the cars I was interested in. Bought a 2007 Kia septra and drove it home that afternoon. I am a widow working with retirement dollars that do not multiply, so being sure that a big purchase as this was requires absolute trust. I found that quality with Jimmy. He took such pains to go over every detail with me, and he showed me each model without pushing or rushing. When all was said and done, I asked for his personal card to pass out at the senior center where I play Bridge each week. I would like to share my good fortune with friends who may be interested in a new or used car in the near future. They could not do better than following my experience. In each case, the choice and the financing, I had excellent advice and service. What more could a customer ask?
