He answered all my questions, was very informative, and went over how everything works twice. His sincerity and professionalism is beyond outstanding. I surely will recommend him to anyone buying a new or used car. There aren't any car dealers who are so honest, personable, and accommodating as Jim. Great Customer Service Even After the Car Leaves the Lot! I came into Halleen Kia with the intention of keeping my options open. I was in a bit of a sticky situation with my current leasing situation at the I came into Halleen Kia with the intention of keeping my options open. I was in a bit of a sticky situation with my current leasing situation at the time. My lease was not going to be up for another 4 ish months. Jim was very, very helpful in explaining my situation to me in ways other dealerships did not. I was able to understand the benefit of purchasing a car at this time while keeping my lease, it just didn't make sense to get rid of the lease since I would be basically losing money if I did that. There was a great selection of used cars available for me to look at. I actually looked at a 2015 car from the new sales side and decided to stick with a used 2013. Every car I looked at fit into the mileage and year I wanted. Even after the car was purchased and I went back home to Columbus, Jim was available whenever I needed him. I was having issues with Sirius and he was able to resolve the situation immediately. I was even on my way to Chicago and he was able to help me with an issue over the phone. I never felt pressured to buy anything and I think that is what eventually led to my decision to purchase my vehicle. I felt like the decision was all mine and I was not influenced by any pushy sales person. I would highly recommend this dealership - and if you're looking in the used department - make sure you get with Jim! More
