I'm a huge fan of the underdog, whether it be the Cleveland sports teams, the runt of the litter, the disadvantaged or just the everyday average human being struggling to find some happiness in life. I try to smile often because I know a smile is contagious and I'm always trying to bring a little happiness to anyone who crosses my path. Nothing excites me more than helping someone to achieve a goal or a dream and it's especially exhilarating when you help a less fortunate person to purchase a car.

Couldn's ask for a better experience. When you think of a car salesman, Jim is not who you think of. He is a good person, helpful, not pushy and most important to me...very very nice! It was obvious that he really wants to help people! Not to push people into something they can not afford just to make a sale. I've called him personally with questions since I've purchased my Kia. He always responds, and never makes me feel like a dummy. (Even though I'm sure some of my questions are dumb!) I highly recommend Jim to everyone!
