Overall, I was pleased to get the car I wanted, and working with Jennifer Garcia was a positive experience. However, my interaction with your finance department was disappointing and lived up to the ne working with Jennifer Garcia was a positive experience. However, my interaction with your finance department was disappointing and lived up to the negative reputation often associated with auto financing. The finance representative rushed through the pricing section of the contract, ultimately steering me toward a monthly payment that obscured a final price significantly higher, by several thousand dollars, than what I had agreed to. I believe this began when Jennifer's manager returned from sales management during negotiations and asked me to initial a payment amount on a slip of paper, which appears to have been a tactic to justify the inflated price later on. While I have purchased at least 10 cars, this was the first time I experienced this technique. This was my second purchase at your dealership, and our third Chevy. More

Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a warm welcome by the manager Justin (awesome guy) who then introduced my husband and I to Alex Mendoza. From the very first moment, Alex was very friendly, kind and the manager Justin (awesome guy) who then introduced my husband and I to Alex Mendoza. From the very first moment, Alex was very friendly, kind and willing to assist us with all our questions in regard to the Z71 Tahoe. He took the initiative to walk us over to the lot and show us the Tahoes as well as explain in detail the differences between them and all the features each one had to offer. Alex was very knowledgeable which helped us choose the right Z71 Tahoe for our family. We were so happy with the service that we proceeded to begin the buying process. Once inside, we were offered beverages and assisted promptly as we had our baby with us. We were made a priority which made our purchase very smooth! They truly made my car purchase an amazing experience, supportive, professional, and beyond speechless. I can honestly say that out of my experiences with dealers, Simpson Chevy of garden grove truly makes me want to return in the near future or even recommend family and friends.
