We went in to look at an Outlander PHEV and was so impressed with the car, dealership and staff!! That we bought it and drove home in our new car. The entire process took under 2 hours !!! Dealership communicated with me in a decent amount of time and set up an appointment to test drive the vehicle I was interested in. The vehicle was nicely detailed and ready for me upon my arrival. The test drive was a pleasant experience and the salesman (Ignacio Reyes) offered as much information as he could . The on-site experience with the Sales Manager (Jim Casey) was good. Overall I really appreciate this dealership it wasn’t as bad as some of my previous experiences with car buying. The finance manager Joe Graves finished the deal. Over all it was good experience without any pressure. More

Bought a new 2022 Eclipse 2 years ago. We have brought the car in for service 3 times because the hands free calling on the steering will not work. Plus the we continually lose our scre We have brought the car in for service 3 times because the hands free calling on the steering will not work. Plus the we continually lose our screen and radio stations and contacts. We were told that they don't know why it keeps happening. On Memorial day 2023 we came in interested in moving out of our 2022 because it's not what we paid for. My wife didn't want to go back but I wanted to see if any upgrades had been done to the new models. After speaking to our salesman about our problem he went and brought his boss out to speak with us about our problem. After 20 minutes and his efforts to try and Make it work he acknowledged that it was not right., said Sorry and walked away ....... what kind of service is that. He knew we had been looking at a few other vehicles and might have bought another vehicle. I'm sorry but that is NOT how you treat a customer. I have had people ask me about my car and where I bought it and my answer has always been. The car could be real nice but I would recommend staying away from your dealership I'm still under my warranty but your dealership has no interest in helping me. Most of your salespeople have been nice with the exception one of your managers that has made it really clear to us that it NOT his problem. This us the first time that I have ever wrote a review, but this is the first time I have ever been treated like this as a customer. More

It was a great pleasure working with Arnold Hernandez. He was polite, diligent and helpful with purchasing process and thought me most of the necessary information I need to know about the car. Jim Case He was polite, diligent and helpful with purchasing process and thought me most of the necessary information I need to know about the car. Jim Casey was wonderful manager and helped us as well with process. Service department was great and accommodating as well. This dealership have shown sincere service and great people to work with. Purchased my 3rd car from this place. All cars I owned lasted for long period of time and very minimal maintenance. Very happy with this place. Kudos to Everyone!!! More

My experience at Biggers was wonderful and amazing. I've purchased several vehicles in my time and never have I experienced such professionalism as I did with Kevin my salesman and the finance person.
