Great service! The only issue is you need to have coupons available to customer on your website at all times or have them at your service desks to be scanned. Email service is sketchy at times so Honda should have them at the counter for the sale rep. be able to scan them. I didn't have access to the coupons in my email and your website was down so I lost out on saving money; therefore I wasn't able to get everything done to my car that I planned on having done. More

Jillian did a great job there was still issues with car it stalled a couple of times the dash lit up like a Christmas tree with trouble codes went into limp mode and would buck and misfire and couldn’t dri it stalled a couple of times the dash lit up like a Christmas tree with trouble codes went into limp mode and would buck and misfire and couldn’t drive faster than in the 20’s mph until stopped and shut off and restart and had antifreeze smell when I came back to dealership More
