Jillian is second to none in the service department. I am sure management recognizes how valuable she is. It definitely wouldn’t be the same without her. The only reason I return to this dealership is because Jillian and the service department are terrific. Also, Denny in finance has always been great to work with. When I call and need anything I ask for Denny and Jillian. When the time comes I may look elsewhere to purchase a new car. Mountaineer Honda will not honor the tire agreement I had with the previous owners for free rotations and road hazard and I refuse to use my credit card to pay because of the charge applied to the use of it. When I purchased an extended warranty for our car I didn’t realize an added cost for the credit card use had been applied until I reached home. Very disconcerting. May seem like trivial concerns but both of these matters have me very annoyed. If not for Jillian and Denny, I probably would not use this dealership any more. More
