Just bought a certified pre owned Honda civic and while test driving it it was smooth after purchasing it and finalizing deal we drove away with it only to hear rattling and thumping noise. Aggravated that I had to bring it to service the next day. But after insisting that there was something wrong.. tires were replaced. However, service was closing soon when they gave us the car back. We test drove it and now another shake and noise were heard. So here I am the next day to try and get it fixed.Steven has been very understanding and attentive to our needs. More

I called the dealership and asked for it and his managers full name MAURICIO MOSQUERA, whom I really hope reads this review. I thought about asking speak to him, but if that was the experience I had with a top “performing salesman” I can almost assure you the overall culture of the dealership is likely similar.
