Just bought a certified pre owned Honda civic and while test driving it it was smooth after purchasing it and finalizing deal we drove away with it only to hear rattling and thumping noise. I called the dealership and asked for it and his managers full name MAURICIO MOSQUERA, whom I really hope reads this review. I thought about asking speak to him, but if that was the experience I had with a top “performing salesman” I can almost assure you the overall culture of the dealership is likely similar. This is not a place that I will ever do business with. Reading some of the negative reviews on here confirms his insolent conduct. More
