My Tahoe wasn’t reading the key fob even after I replaced
the batteries. I called to make an appointment but I needed to leave my suv for more than 5 days at the dealer. I absolutely could not do that since

I absolutely could not do that since I have a baby who was in the nicu when he was born. He has doctor visits almost all week and having my suv is very important to me since it’s my only transportation at the moment. Thanks to Jessica O. And Jesus in service my suv was ready the same day. I greatly appreciate both of them for making this happen. Courtesy is my go to dealer because they treat you like family.

Tim was patient and not pushy.
He took his time to help find us the right truck & even went out of his way to drive me to the bank to exchange my cashiers check.

They have a great selection of cars. There are even charging ports at the dealer. My car was totally charged and ready to go.
The sales manager and others asked if there was anything they could do to help. They seemed like they really wanted to help and not sell anything extra. I will be helping friends make a purchase at this Chevy dealer soon.
