Phenomenal! I'm directed that I must enter a minimum of 25 words, but my buying experience can best be summed up by PHENOMENAL! (That's only 24 words so I will I'm directed that I must enter a minimum of 25 words, but my buying experience can best be summed up by PHENOMENAL! (That's only 24 words so I will continue.) I've not purchased a brand-new car in nearly 30 years;I was unsure where to begin so I tried TRUECar. I was offered three dealers in my area, my first visit was to Courtesy Chevrolet in Phoenix and the pleasure of meeting with Jon Riggs. Jon is "Courteous", friendly, accommodating, and genuinely polite. However, I had two other dealers I needed to visit. As I was ready to walk away, Jon had a colleague, Barry, join our conversation. However, Jon and Barry both understood I had my truck buying homework to finish and they both were very polite as I left. It was a very nice experience to be able to tell both Jon and Barry... "Not right now..." and have both of them respect my decision and my need to complete my homework. After a couple of days of homework, the other two dealers made my decision of where I would be buying my new vehicle very clear and easy, I would be buying from Jon Riggs at Courtesy! The overall experience from the initial TRUECar email and telephone call from Jon, follow-on text from Steve Rimer, the always smiling Nancy at the receptionist desk, Barry the other salesperson, Lucy in Finance, the incredibly knowledgeable and patient Jessica in Delivery... I am sure I have left out a few folks but rest assured, there are some great folks at Courtesy Chevrolet in Phoenix. My review is to compliment the folks at Courtesy and not to cast any negativity on the other two dealers, so I will not share the dealerships' names. During my second dealer visit, when I let the salesperson know I was just doing my homework, I was made to feel like the villain... How dare I waste their time with just looky-loo games. The salesperson at this dealer even sent a very rude and nasty text to me. At dealer #3, although less rude, I was given the "this price is only good for today" tactic, which I found very annoying! So after my homework was complete, I was more than happy that the other two dealers made my decision very clear. I would be returning to Jon Riggs and the team at Courtesy Chevrolet. The Courtesy price was competitive but that is not the reason why I bought at Courtesy. I bought at Courtesy because of the people. Like any company, Courtesy is made up of people, and it is these people that make Courtesy what I would call a great company. I've now consumed nearly 500 words and I come back to my original overall experience rating as being PHENOMENAL! More

My new 2014 Chevy Impala Purchase The staff at Courtesy Chevrolet blew my mind with their customer service. Working with David Escobar (my sales guy) was an easy task and he never once The staff at Courtesy Chevrolet blew my mind with their customer service. Working with David Escobar (my sales guy) was an easy task and he never once made me feel pressured to buy something I did not want. He listened to my needs and made sure I got the best deal for my 2014 Chevy Impala. David went above and beyond and it was due to his sincere attitude that I decided to make my purchase at Courtesy Chevrolet and not somewhere else. His customer service and approachable attitude really made me feel comfortable and not nervous or pressured as in other dealerships. Once my purchase was decided I also had to opportunity to work with Martha, Jessica, and Jessie. They were also all very knowledgable individuals and the customer service I received from them was just outstanding!! They provided me with details about my purchase, met my financing needs, and provided instruction on the various instruments in the car. Amazing.. As usual the team at Courtesy Chevrolet was excellent. Lamar is a pleasure to work with, he really listens to your needs and works hard to get you the car you want within your budget. Jesse was great helping me with the extras that I wanted to add to my new vehicle around my schedule. Russel made sure I got the best possible financing with extra warranty and insurance that seems like a must. And Jessica was patient with me as she helped my set-up my Bluetooth and On Star function. Each and everyone of these individuals made sure that all my questions were answered to my satisfaction and encouraged my to contact them if I can any further questions/concerns after leaving the dealership. My son asked my why I did not sure the Chevrolet dealership around the corner from my house, my reply "I feel comfortable and completely trust Courtesy Chevrolet" More

The Customer service is unbelievable. We have always been Ford People. However we are now going to be Chevy people. From the initial internet With Jason Church to Jeremiah Duncan and Robby in fleet sales to Ford People. However we are now going to be Chevy people. From the initial internet With Jason Church to Jeremiah Duncan and Robby in fleet sales to Scott Brown in finance to David Gonzalez who is the Financial Director and lastly Jessica who showed us all of the features and how to work them in the car. The experience was so stressless and easy! They give you alot of perks when you buy a vehicle. We have a GM card and they let us use their computer and asked us if my husband was a Military Vet. So we received an additional discount. Thank you Courtesy Chevrolet yoiu have a customer for Life! More

I was contacted by Mr. Mills about trading my car in. I set up an appointment for Monday around 10:30ish. I received a confirmation call on the Monday to verify I would be there. Arrived at the Courtesy and was greeted by Jessica whom was very polite. She contacted Mr. Mill for me. Mr Mill showed up and told me he would get a salesperson for me. Hardly any conversation with Mr Mill. LaMar was introduced to me and he started to ask the same questions that Mr Mill had asked when he called to set up the Appointment. Lamar was able to get a a starting monthly payment that I could work with. LaMar was professional. My interaction with Misty was also professional, Misty took the time to explain all the charges to me. When I brought my 2010 Cheverolet Equinox the loan officer was not that detailed. The only issue I had was when Mr Mill called me he told me that he could give 1% interest and 120% Kelly blue book. Both did not happen. Plus he asked me what I was looking for in a new vehicle. Told him the color, engine size, tire size and so forth. When I arrived LaMar and I walked over to a lot to look for a vehicle that would suit me. I was under the impression that Mr Mill would have vehicles waiting for me that I would be interested in. If it had not been for LaMar I would of walk off the premises. I was totally okay with keeping the car I had, really did not need to buy a new car. More

I came in to Courtesy Chevrolet by recommendation of a friend, he was specific with who to ask for "Lamar Mclaughlin". After a long night of work I went in to see Lamar and was specific in telling him what I was there for, what car I wanted to see, what was my budget and wanted to leave in 2 hours. Lamar delivered my Equinox to my home after it was detailed and I am a very happy person with my new car. Every employee we dealt with was extremely professional and personable! There was no "hard selling" techniques by Jude. We simply told him what we wanted and he did not try to sell us something we didn't and personable! There was no "hard selling" techniques by Jude. We simply told him what we wanted and he did not try to sell us something we didn't need, just so he could get a bigger commission. He was extremely patient with us, as we were not sure as to what we were going to purchase. Lucy in financing informed us of all of our choices on extra warranties, she was very pleasant and we enjoyed her sharing her family photo with us. Jessica was just the icing on the cake! She was so helpful in teaching us about all the settings in the car. And told us not to worry about remembering any of it, just stop by and she will program whatever needed to be done. This was by far the most enjoyable experience we have had in buying a new car. We will definitely recommend Courtesy Chevrolet to others. John and Vivian R. More
