Everyone was exceptionally nice, however even though I bought it there and live 4+ hrs away, I have always had a rattle upfront somewhere that no one can find ( 2 inspections at your place and 1 in Ashvil bought it there and live 4+ hrs away, I have always had a rattle upfront somewhere that no one can find ( 2 inspections at your place and 1 in Ashville) HOWEVER, the last time I was at Randy Marion a person DID find a rattle, I think they said in the driver's front door panel. This was my first time at Randy Marion Subaru dealership and it was a great experience. Jess welcomed me, walked me through the 60k mile check up and then hooked me up with a loaner car so I could go run er and it was a great experience.
