This time we had our 2013 RAV4 serviced for its 120k service before our daughter brings it back to college, we feel so confident it’s a safe and well running vehicle after we leave Koons. They have a very easy to use estimate app which shows you if each item they recommend is red, yellow or green and the price and you get to choose what works for you. They also have a very easy drop off process so you can do it when it works for you even if it’s not open. Great service reps and very honest and reasonable estimates keep us returning again and again! More

Generally they have been fine but they have moved aggressively into upselling the last year when you take a car in for service and now are scheduling service we did not request.
