Beyond satisfied with his engagement, knowledge and care. Super help file and kind. However, Kia West tech and mechanics not so optimized has Jesse’s work. I took my car at 1pm and picked up at 6pm and the my oil change was not done and the tech didn’t even look into the problem I had with my radio. He didn’t leave no diagnostic of the problem and clocked out for the day as well as the person who was supposed to do my oil change. Which makes it’s soo difficult for Jesse to keep doing his job and for the customer that left the car hrs there and still wait 30-1hr more to finish the job.
