No one ever talked about it, nor was it visible to the eye without looking for it. So I am very disappointed. I'm not pleased at all. I had my car less than 30 days and ended up having to spend over $300 for a battery. Thank you so much. My key fob was dying. I feel like all of these key points should have been looked at before the car was brought to me or sold to me, and I don't believe that was the case at all.

We certainly understand how frustrating it can feel if something like that wasn’t clearly communicated. Regarding the battery and key fob, items like batteries can sometimes fail without warning, even after passing an initial inspection. While we do perform checks before vehicles are sold, some maintenance items can wear out unexpectedly with normal use. We truly value your feedback and appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. Thank you for your response. I do appreciate the professionalism of your team; everyone was indeed very kind during my visit. However, I must reiterate that despite your claim, I never received the full set of paperwork after the purchase—only a bill of sale. Without those documents, I had no opportunity to review the 7-day exchange policy or any other terms. As a result, I feel that I was not given a fair chance to fully understand my rights. I am very disappointed, especially since I’ve already had to spend over $300 on a battery and key fob within less than 30 days. I kindly request a full copy of all signed documents and a direct discussion with a manager to address this issue and find a resolution. Thank you for your attention.

This has to be a robot. I clearly stated in my statement that I understood that it's in the paperwork, but I did not get a set of the signed paperwork to go home with me, only the bill of sale. So I had no fair chance at sitting down and going over my paperwork to read about the 7-day exchange. This is a robot responding to me. Shame on you guys, this is exactly what i'm talking about. Shame on you!
