Poor communication from three different individuals at this dealership. We picked a car, filled out the credit app online to speed up the process and had an appointment confirmed to sign paperwork. After being told twice, once by Luis and once by Jermaine, that they would call us back with the answers to our questions we instead got an impersonal text message letting us know they sold the car to someone else. No decency to even pick up a phone and have a conversation. We also have an email to the internet sales manager that went unanswered. More

Kevin and Jermaine did an awesome job. Once they knew what we were looking for and what we were trading in- they worked with us to get a deal that made driving 3.5 hours worth it! There is not enough words for these guys! Kevin and Jermaine went above and beyond to help me. I’m a single mom of two and in school. Never in a million years would I have thought I would wal Kevin and Jermaine went above and beyond to help me. I’m a single mom of two and in school. Never in a million years would I have thought I would walk out with a brand new 2024!!! The guys were attentive not only to me but my children as well! The process was quick and easy. This was by far the most peaceful purchase of a vehicle I have ever made. Thank you so much Kevin for listening and getting me right, versus just trying to get a sale!! We have bought numerous vehicles for our business by finding them online and making the purchase over the phone, then going to pick up the vehicle. This one started the same as others by receiving and finding them online and making the purchase over the phone, then going to pick up the vehicle. This one started the same as others by receiving and approving a deal sheet, but then management said you have to physically come in TODAY in order to get this deal. We said we'll just do Docusign and purchase now (we've done this with most of our vehicle purchases, not to mention multi-million dollar contracts for our business). They said we don't do Docusign - too fraught with fraud - key word for "if we can't get you in the dealership, how are we going to change the deal?". I told them if I was going to drive two hours just to sign the papers, I wanted all paperwork prepared beforehand so I could just walk in, sign and leave with the vehicle. I should have known when they started slow-playing me on information, but I trusted they would be like other dealerships we've worked with over the years. I agreed to leave and start driving if they would call me quickly with the financing terms. We just bought two 2024 Expedition Max vehicles last month from another dealership and received favorable rates and treatment. Despite multiple calls back to the dealership as I drove the 2 hours, they always had a reason not to give me the rates. Salesman worked as hard as he could for us and bent over backwards, but management/financing stalled. When I finally got within 10 minutes of being there, I was able to get financing on the phone and they gave me an exorbitant rate. I told them since I was already almost there I would come on in. Called another dealer friend that told me the dealer has latitude to bump the rate up to 2 points to make more from the financing end and it sounds like that's what they were doing. Got there and had to sit and wait for 15 minutes to talk to any management/finance - said they could get me out in less than 2 hours! I told them we don't even have a deal because of rates. After every short conversation, they would walk away and I wouldn't hear from them for 10-15 minutes. Finally, I told them if this is the way they treat their customers - having them drive 2 hours in order for them to gain leverage - they would not be receiving a good review from me. That must have been the "magic word" because everyone disappeared into their huddle again. When I approached their huddle, Matt DeAnda (I'm assuming he's the manager - I hadn't talked to him before that point) turned and bluntly said "we won't be selling you a truck today. You said you were going to give us a bad review". So instead of selling a truck and getting a bad review, they just get the bad review. More
