We have visited 3 other dealerships & was quickly dismissed once they seen what they were up against, real people who don't have a lot of money to work with & perfect credit scores! I cannot recommend Joanne Virgilio enough! Not only does she not give up, cares whole-heartedly, & understands downfalls people endeavor, but to care enough to rearrange her personal life & come in on her day off, if that does not tell you how special & caring she is!! Nobody will ever find a salesperson that will go above & beyond to do whatever they can to help you, I just cannot leave enough stars, 5 just simply is not enough! She will truly make you feel special & put you in the car of your dreams! Buying a car can be a stressful time, paperwork, signing, Jeremy Voelkel was the absolute best from Finance. So easy to talk to, took the time to explain everything, very friendly, & actually listens to the customers. When we are ready for another vehicle, we will be going straight to Koons! Our overall experience was just phenomenal, no pressure, no pushy sales, honest, caring & outstanding people is all you will find here!! More

a very pleasant experience My wife and I drove up from Manson, NC to purchase my Toyota Tundra. We worked with a new salesman, James Lammey. We could tell he was somewhat nervo My wife and I drove up from Manson, NC to purchase my Toyota Tundra. We worked with a new salesman, James Lammey. We could tell he was somewhat nervous but, he did a great job answering our questions and following up on any of our requests. He had the truck detailed, gassed up and, ready to go when we got there an hour earlier than promised. He really went out of his way to make us feel special throughout the entire process. A gentleman named Jeremy helped us finalize the paperwork and he was not only courteous, he found us a slightly lower interest rate. I would definitely recommend James (and Jeremy) to anyone interested in a new Toyota. I was able to get the truck I wanted at a more than fair price. thanks James! More

He was very professional and easy to work with. As a retired salesperson of 30 years I was impressed and very satisfied in dealing with Eugene. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new auto. I should also mention the credit process as administered by Jeremy Voelkel was perhaps the easiest I've ever encountered. He explained everything in easy to understand terms. We were lucky enough to have a great Salesman Jay B. whom made us feel comfortable in what is typically a stressful situation, he was very professional, helpful and patient during our process. Jeremy V. in finance was very knowledgeable and helpful. We left Toyota feeling like we made the best decision. I will absolutely go back for any and all future auto trade ins and purchases. He is a fine salesman and promptly answered my questions with accurate answers and was very pleasant to work with. He made himself available throughout the sales process and it’s very much appreciated. Joshua, Vitaly, Jeremy and everyone that helped me were patient, kind and that made me feel comfortable and I liked the casual environment. Koons has a very excellent sales staff. Koons Westminster Toyota and Damien Lacks were great! I recently purchased a new truck from Koons Westminster Toyota and it was by far the best car buying experience that I have had in all my years! And I I recently purchased a new truck from Koons Westminster Toyota and it was by far the best car buying experience that I have had in all my years! And I say that after buying cars for more than 20 years! My salesperson, Damien Lacks, was very professional and detailed. Damien took the time to listen and answer all of my questions. Usually when you go to a car dealership, they try to size you up first to see how much you can afford or see what type of monthly payment you are interested in. Car salespeople usually seem more about closing the deal and rushing you before you can really make a decision. Damien was nothing like that; he took the time to find out what I was looking for, and explained all the available options. Before we left the dealership for the test drive, he walked around the whole truck and pointed things out and explained how everything worked, including minor details. He did the same for the inside of the truck. When we got back from the test drive, I had questions about some of the other trim levels compared to the model I tested. Damien walked the lot with me and pointed out all of trim levels including similarities and differences. Once I decided to go forward with the purchase, the rest of the buying process went very smooth. I met with one of the finance managers to talk about preliminary numbers and available financing options. He explained everything and allowed me time to think everything through. I didn't feel pressured or that I had to make a decision quickly. Before I left the dealership with my truck, Damien sat in the truck with me to make sure I knew how to use everything , including the 4-wheel drive and he even connected my phone to the bluetooth system. I drove away with my new truck and I didn't feel cheated or that I didn't get the best deal! Koons Westminster is a great dealership and my salesperson, Damien lacks, is the best! I would recommend Koons Westminster Toyota to anyone! More

Damien, the sales professional, went above and beyond even staying after hours twice to ensure all our questions were answered, even though he knew we weren't going to purchase that night. He explained all the different features and if there was something he wasn't sure of he immediately found someone who was able to assist us. He was prompt in returning calls and always greeted us professionally when we walked through the doors. Regina and Jeremy in the finance department also went above and beyond to ensure all our questions were answered. Regina took time to explain all of our finance options and made the entire finance experience easier to understand. Jeremy made sure our "trip" to the finance office was flawless, and was efficient in getting everything done so we were on our way in a timely manner. This car buying experience was one of a kind. More
