Smooth Transaction I did my research online and decided on the car I wanted. It turns out that Koons Westminster is the only dealer in miles that carries this trim, so I did my research online and decided on the car I wanted. It turns out that Koons Westminster is the only dealer in miles that carries this trim, so I know there’s not that much room for negotiation although the price seemed reasonable based on research. I also looked up this site and was glad to know that Nathan had such high ratings. I was in at 10:30am and out the door at 1pm. Nathan even bought me snacks when I got hungry. Jeremy was very nice to work with as well. The entire time I did not feel like there’s pressure from anyone to buy anything or anyone trying to upsell me anything. There also wasn’t a lot of back and forth on numbers since we talked through it beforehand. So the entire process was very smooth and pleasant. Nathan helped me connect my phone to the car and brought me up to speed with the newest technologies. I was driving a 2005 corolla and now I have backup camera, bluetooth connection, USB, aux connection and a moon roof! Now I can talk legally on the phone while driving in MD! I don’t have my license plates yet since I’m not a MD resident and it takes time, but I feel confident in giving them high ratings. So thank you in advance for Fedexing my plates! More

I spoke to Nathan and Nigel through email and on the phone to find a good time for me to come look at the car. Since the car was not at the shop, the called me as soon as it came in to let me know I could come down at anytime. Two days later, Nathan had the car all ready for me to see and cleaned off. Nathan even had the car set up in the garage so we wouldn't have to walk out in the cold to look at the car. Since my family liked the car so much, we started the buying experience right away. Nathan was very polite and had everything ready as quickly as possible. When we went to the financing office, Jeremy helped us pick the right warranty that would fit within our budget. He even suggested what package we should pick within our budget. We will definitely be returning for any of our vehicle needs! Thank you Koons!!! More

Best car buying experience I've ever had! I have bought and sold multiple cars over the years and have never had a sale be as easy or as smooth than with this experience. I bought a brand new I have bought and sold multiple cars over the years and have never had a sale be as easy or as smooth than with this experience. I bought a brand new 2015 Highlander (XLE) that I am absolutely in love with. My sales guy helped me 100% of the way to get me into this car that I wanted and at the price that I was comfortable paying, all in a very reasonable amount of time (which is a precious thing for me while raising an active 20 month old and working fulltime). My sales guy answered all of my crazy questions during my purchase and is still doing so to this day when they come up, which is incredibly helpful (I must admit that I hate looking through the car manual and prefer speaking with a human). I would absolutely buy from this dealership again and highly recommend to anyone that is in the market that wants professional results with exceptional customer service. More

I had purchased my previous vehicle from their us My husband and I wanted to buy a new car for me to drive to work. It needed to be safe and relaible. I had purchased my previous vehicle from their used lot but after a few years it was time to upgrade. I had fallen in love with the 2015 4runner and my husband liked that it would be safer for me to drive. We wanted an all black vehicle but unfortunately they did not have one at their location so they had to transfer one from Pittsburgh. The process had a small hiccup and we were not able to get our vehicle for 2 days but everyone was so patient and really put our minds at ease. The 4runner actually didn't end up being delivered until after hours on new years eve. Nathan stayed late at the dealership just to make sure everything went well and we knew the ins and outs of our new vehicle. We did our financing through Jeremy, Nathan's brother. Jeremy is one of the nicest people anyone could possibly work with and you can trust what he is telling you. Both Jeremy and Nathan are the opposite of the "typical" salesman. Everyone has had to deal with a super annoying, super slick sales guy who makes you want to run away, but Jeremy and Nathan really make you feel you're making the right decision by giving them your business. My husband and I are so happy with our new 4runner and I love driving it. I love Koons Toyota Westminster and their great customer service! More
