I had purchased my previous vehicle from their used lot but after a few years it was time to upgrade. I had fallen in love with the 2015 4runner and my husband liked that it would be safer for me to drive. We wanted an all black vehicle but unfortunately they did not have one at their location so they had to transfer one from Pittsburgh. The process had a small hiccup and we were not able to get our vehicle for 2 days but everyone was so patient and really put our minds at ease. The 4runner actually didn't end up being delivered until after hours on new years eve. Nathan stayed late at the dealership just to make sure everything went well and we knew the ins and outs of our new vehicle. We did our financing through Jeremy, Nathan's brother. Jeremy is one of the nicest people anyone could possibly work with and you can trust what he is telling you. Both Jeremy and Nathan are the opposite of the "typical" salesman. Everyone has had to deal with a super annoying, super slick sales guy who makes you want to run away, but Jeremy and Nathan really make you feel you're making the right decision by giving them your business. My husband and I are so happy with our new 4runner and I love driving it. I love Koons Toyota Westminster and their great customer service! More

After taking the day off from work, I had every intention to visit several dealers throughout the course of the day, and to make a purchase the following day. I fully expected the typical hassle of a back and forth price negotiation before it was said and done. Koons Toyota was my second, and last, stop of the day! After test driving the truck, my Sales Consultant, Steven Zwobot and the finance manager, Jeremy Voelkel made the process very simple. The professionalism and attention to detail stood out to me immediately; from the condition of the truck to the organization and cleanliness of the entire dealership. The realize that it's the little things that can be the difference between an extremely satisfied customer who purchases a vehicle, and one that moves on to the next dealer. The price was excellent, the financing was fast and easy, and everyone at Koons was a pleasure to work with. More

I began to work with Jay Badiang, who after checking out my situation, was able to offer me a 2012 Toyota Corolla (significantly newer and nicer then I had anticipated). I was extremely excited and after help from Jeremy in the financing department, I was able to purchase the practically new Corolla the very next morning all due to the spectacular service from Jay and Jeremy, Jay was extremely courteous and professional without the pressure that you sometimes feel from a salesperson. I would recommend Koons Toyota and Jay Badiang to anyone looking to purchase a quality vehicle with a pleasant experience. More
