My car would not start. I had a friend stop by and jump the car for me.. I called dealership right away and was able to bring my car in right. I was given a loaner as I I had a friend stop by and jump the car for me.. I called dealership right away and was able to bring my car in right. This dealership is number 1. They handle everything from financing to service. The front end of the dealership will help you out with good credit or bad credit. They don’t care all they care about is helping somebody obtain a vehicle to get to their endeavors. And the back end which is called the service department is one of the most flawless state of the art departments that I’ve ever seen in my entire life. There’s a gentleman in their name, Jose and he should be promoted to service manager. I can’t think this company enough for changing my entire life. I would be honored to speak in front of a crowd about this facility and the people that work there. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to share my voice today on this Thanksgiving day. It took almost 2 and a half hours for a simple oil change. My husband was told 45 minutes, but it was more than double the quoted time. That's unacceptable. I also loathe bringing my car to the dealership because I know that I will always receive a report with about $5000 worth of work, most of which isn't necessary. I can't trust that what I'm being told is actually true. Also, I was charged $75 for a lightbulb. Not an entire headlight kid, just one bulb. That is price gouging. More

The customer service and professionalism of the shop was very refreshing. The service representative talked me through all items recommended and items needed to be promptly addressed. I purchased my wife's Mitsubishi Outlander Sport from a different dealer which was an hour away from home but I had it serviced here at Biggers for regular maintenance and it was my first time at this deal different dealer which was an hour away from home but I had it serviced here at Biggers for regular maintenance and it was my first time at this dealership. They are accommodating and explain well what needs to be done, repairs that are on warranty, and future maintenance works so that you can prepare. They don't rush you and everything is up to your plan. I will be back on my 5k miles and more. I like this dealership. More
