This was my first time using colonial Ford for service and Jennifer made it so easy. My car was towed there so I didn't have an appointment but Jennifer couldn't have been nice and more accomodations. She and Jennifer made it so easy. The last time that I had an appointment to get my car fixed, Sue made a miracle happen when it came to getting a window regulator for my old 2007 Mercury Grand Marquis. My car was repaired within two hours while I waited which was quite convenient for me because I live far away. I can depend on Colonial Ford to fix my car when my local mechanic isn't able to handle the repair. The Service Department at Colonial Ford has taken care of me and my car for over five years now.
