Jennifer is our New Car Sales Manager at Subaru of Gwinnett. She is an avid sports fan, her two favorite teams being the Atlanta Braves and the Georgia Bulldogs. She first joined Subaru of Gwinnett in 2006 as a receptionist and left Subaru to take a Sales Assistant position at our sister store, Infiniti of Gwinnett. She quickly moved into an Internet Sales position at Infiniti and sold cars there from 2007 to 2010. She made the move back to Subaru in April 2010 and has enjoyed being a part of Subaru's incredible growth as a brand over the past 4 years. Jennifer has two sons; Camden, 5 and Cooper, 3; and she and her husband, Todd, just welcomed a new daughter, Ashlynn Claire, in October 2013. Her daughter is diagnosed with a rare condition called Heterotaxy Syndrome, which has led Jennifer to become a passionate advocate for Congenital Heart Defects awareness.

I bought a new 2020 Subaru Forester from Subaru of Gwinnett in December 2019, expecting a reliable vehicle. However, at just 77,000 miles and 3.5 years, I was told the CVT transmission needed a full r Gwinnett in December 2019, expecting a reliable vehicle. However, at just 77,000 miles and 3.5 years, I was told the CVT transmission needed a full replacement, estimated at $11,000–$12,000. I reached out to the service manager who was rude and condescending. I also emailed the GM, Jennifer and received no response. It’s disappointing to see that Subaru seems to have a recurring issue with CVT transmissions, and I’m now questioning my loyalty to the brand. I wouldn't recommend Subaru of Gwinnett either given their dismissiveness of this issue. More

They were wonderful when I was considering and finally purchasing a vehicle from there. There was an issue with a missing and correct headrests, which they had promised would be replaced as quickly as pos purchasing a vehicle from there. They have not been ordered, One was supposed to be brought in yesterday 3/23/24 and I was to be called to pick it up, but I waited all day without a call. Up to this point my sales person always responded quickly but since I purchased the car she isn't calling, I have to reach out to her, and still no information on when this issue will be resolved. I transport my dogs to the vet and need the headrests to attach their car seats and safety harnesses. I have had to cancel their vet appointment because of not having the headrests. This is totally unacceptable. More
