He was very accommodating from the get go, arranging a test drive immediately to fit my Saturday morning schedule. I was very interested in purchasing the car, but was also considering a completely different make, and Brian did a great job understanding and addressing my questions on the car features and pricing. He and Ric Koresky were terrific in working with me--no gamesmanship, but clear willingness to help get the deal done, including smart financing approaches. I felt like a valued customer, and not pressured to make a purchase. Once I made the deal, Susan Ward did a great job highlighting all the capabilities of the car, and Jemar was very helpful working through the financing. Excellent A few days ago, I walked into The BMW Store in Cincinnati to ask some questions about the lease-end process for my 2015 428i convertible, which was A few days ago, I walked into The BMW Store in Cincinnati to ask some questions about the lease-end process for my 2015 428i convertible, which was originally leased at that dealership; and drove-off later in the day with a newly leased 2018 M4. It had been my intention to exchange BMW's at the Tucson dealership, as I now live there 9 months of the year; however, that choice was changed by the team at The BMW store, including sales, genius, lease manager, finance manager and General Manager. Individually and collectively, they cleared up some misunderstanding I had about the process and made a fair offer for me to lease a beautiful, fully-loaded M4 in the showroom. In particular, Paul Kolleck proactively addressed all my questions/concerns and found the right car to meet.exceed my needs. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. More

The Ultimate Sales Person I am from St. Louis, MO and was looking for a pre-owned BMW for six months. Upon seeing one at The BMW Store in Cincinnati, OH I wasn't sure what to I am from St. Louis, MO and was looking for a pre-owned BMW for six months. Upon seeing one at The BMW Store in Cincinnati, OH I wasn't sure what to expect or being hesitant to purchase a vehicle five hours away. However, Mat made the process delightful and exceptional. Providing me additional detail photos above and beyond any of the websites, constant communication about the vehicle's condition and maintenance. And when he found any irregularities, he got them fixed including a brand new battery. Given Mat's professionalism and candor, I was confident I found the right vehicle. Upon taking delivery, Mat picked me up at the airport, walked me through all the features of the vehicle to ensure I understood how each one functioned. Talk about concierge service. The whole experience was great and I thank Mat. This is my first BMW, and though they are known to be the ultimate driving machine. Mat is surely the ultimate sales professional. More
