I checked with Eric in service at The Dean Team where I have all my service done and he confirmed the 1.8 TSI engine in the Passat was very reliable. From there I went directly to the showroom and met with Richard Gotsch my new salesman. He was fantastic to work with along with Scott Roberts in getting me into another awesome Passat, a 2017 TSI. It is great to see a company improve on an all ready great vehicle, but it is truly the best car I have ever owned! The best part for me was having Richard spend the time going over all the features and new features of the car and answer all my questions before I left the lot. The Dean Team is a Great Team from sales to service and I plan to be with them a long time!!! More

I love my new 2017 Jetta I purchased a 2010 Jetta TDI Diesel in 2009 and have driven it for 7 years. It was a great car and over the years I received exceptional service from I purchased a 2010 Jetta TDI Diesel in 2009 and have driven it for 7 years. It was a great car and over the years I received exceptional service from Scott and Annie and their service department. VW will be buying back my TDI in December so I decided to buy a new Jetta to replace it. My salesman is Richard Gotsch and he gave me an awesome buying experience. He is very knowledgeable and listened to exactly what I was looking for. He was able to highlight all the advantages of owning a new Jetta and guided me through the process of getting all the features that will make me happy for the life of my new car. So far I have not been disappointed. Thanks to the Dean Team and all of it's competent and considerate personnel. More

Poor service bought it brand-new Subaru the sales department the was great the service department was horrible. This morning when I arrived for a 7:40 appointment and saw ten car I normally wait for my car to be serviced, taking work or a book to pass the time. This morning when I arrived for a 7:40 appointment and saw ten cars in line before me, I just thought it was going to be a long wait. No problem, I brought plenty of work to keep me busy for hours. Even before I finished my first cup of coffee, I was called over by Christina to "settle" up at the service desk at 9:10. Very nice surprise to be on my way a lot sooner than I thought I would be today. Thank you Dean Team service department! More

Just bad customer service We have bought 2 cars from here in the last 2 years we drive them both a lot, my 2015 lego has been great, until the window cracked and they blamed it We have bought 2 cars from here in the last 2 years we drive them both a lot, my 2015 lego has been great, until the window cracked and they blamed it on hail damage that I bought car with (hail sale), I also bought a service plan to the tune of 2200$ I think. For the cars first service all was fine. Now the last 2 services they claim they can't find it. I have a slight vibration at 21k miles and they are trying to charge me $50 to get it fixed (tire balance). Another dealership near 44 did this on my wifes 2014 last year no questions asked, exact same isue vibration at 15k miles . We will not be back to this dealer for anything from now on, tried of getting jerked around over something we paid for already. Hopefully someone in the dean family sees this, but they are probably to busy thing to start a rap and sound affects career to care. Just another stealer ship here I spoke to Matt THE Manager AND While He Was Able To REMOVE THE CHARGE, He Was Very CONDISENDING, Was Saying From Driving On Dirt RoadS We Do NOT Live On A Dirt road, Really Dude YOU Been To My House Before AND Know It's A Dirt Road ??? It's not look at Google maps.... Eric has been nice in the past but today he was not, don't bother talking to Jeff his job is make you pay as much as possible. Everyone there treats me like a dumb customer, I made a v6 camaro run low 11s in the drag race 1/4 mile I know a thing or to about every area of a car. More
