Purchased my RC F 5 years ago from Christian at Metro Lexus, Cleveland. Service over the past 5 years mostly was directed by Jeffrey. Jeffrey was always on top of what was needed and kept me informed. Lexus, Cleveland. Service over the past 5 years mostly was directed by Jeffrey. My service was routine stuff and 1 flat tire, nothing really wrong with the car. More

I enjoy the Metro experience for maintenance . Jeff in the service dept. is always a pleasure to deal with.
