He quickly brought the cars to me to test drive. I even took a car home overnight to show my husband. Having the car at home gave me time to see if it really worked for me and my family. The next day, my husband and I went in to meet with Mark to buy the car. It went very well for a car buying experience. I would definitely recommend Mark. So far, Im really enjoying my new VW. More

Steve is a kind and patient person to work with and he has a good sense of humor. He made sure that we got what we wanted. Although he has been there for a short time, he knew his product very well. There was no "game-playing" when it came time to get a trade-in credit and decide on the cost of our Tiguan. Aaron in the financial office took good care of us and got us out quickly. Follow-through has been great. The VW service department at Pete Moore VW absolutely ROCKS - and they have worked very hard to get it that way and keep it that way! More

With limited numbers of the EOS available nationwide, they managed to track down the exact car we wanted, coming into port in New Orleans, and diverted the car to Pensacola. They managed to get it in about 10 days earlier than anticipated. They honored USAA Cardeal pricing, though they aren't actually a USAA Cardeal participant. As close as they are to Pensacola NAS, one would think they would participate. Johnny is a new addition to the sales staff, but was very knowledgeable and adeptly acquainted me with features, set up Bluetooth, etc. Though he was new, he new the vehicles and the technology-better than seasoned salesmen I've run into. Much better than experience purchasing my wife's Lexus! The whole staff integrated to make things happen very smoothly. It is obvious that they are customer-oriented and eager to please! More

Best Buying Experience Ever After 12 years of driving a Ford Escape, I knew it was time for a change. On June 11th, my husband and I visited Pete Moore to look at a used Beetle After 12 years of driving a Ford Escape, I knew it was time for a change. On June 11th, my husband and I visited Pete Moore to look at a used Beetle that we had seen on the internet. There we met CJ Jenkins. What a pleasure! CJ showed us the used car we were looking for. My husband and I questioned what the monetary difference would be between the used car and a brand new Beetle. When we heard the difference, we asked to see the new 2014 Beetle's. CJ took so much time and answered so many questions for us. I found the car of my dreams - a red 2014 Beetle! We knew that we would need to work out the finances. CJ told us that he would be back at the dealership on Friday. On Friday, June 13th, I became the proud owner of my dream car! CJ went over all of the workings of "Ms. Scarlet" (I name all of my cars.). I have had so much fun driving this car. It is wonderful!! My husband and I are so thankful that CJ was the salesman that we met! He made this car buying experience the best ever! I have given his card to a lady we know that is looking at buying a Beetle Turbo. I have had complete strangers tell me how much they love my car. We would buy a car from CJ again in a heart beat! CJ also introduced us to Jeff Korel. He, too, was so kind to us. Pete Moore's dealership is blessed to have these two gentlemen on staff. They were very professional and definitely know their products. I am happy to recommend Pete Moore's Volkswagen Dealership to anyone. My recent experience at Pete Moore, with Mark T. was great. I didn't feel pressured to move in one direction or the other. He was a gentleman, and allowed me room to make my decision. I also worked with Jeff on the price, and felt in the end we came to a fair agreement on it. I would definitely recommend Mark, Jeff, and the VW team at Pete Moore to my friends and family in need of a new vehicle. Recently, I brought my new GTI in to have a few things looked at, and Jay was great as well. I'm happy to be a new member of the VW family. More
