While looking for a new care and checking out the Volkswagon online Kyle Prell emailed me back answering my questions and asked to set up an appointment which I did. I must admit at first I was a little apprehensive but glad I made the appoint because Kyle was friendly, professional, and answered all my questions. This was the best experience I had out of all cars looked at and car salesmen I talked with. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and have them ask for Kyle. Although Kyle did all the sales Kim did the paper work and she too was very professional, and knowledgeable. Jeff came over introduced himself and gave the OK on the deal., this was my only dealing with him but he was friendly. My only dealing with Jay was when Kyle introduced me to him and told me to contact him for all my service needs. Jeff did explain the inspection services and answered questions I had about the nitrogen in my tires should I move. Overall I had a GREAT experience with this Volkswagon dealership. More

I just purchased my third vw from Pete Moore vw. I looked at Honda, and Gmc. I was just going to "take a look" at pet moore.
