The truck wasn’t detailed well and the inspection sticker was a month old. The truck bed was not cleaned and very dusty. These things aren’t a deal breaker or anything but in the past all these little details were completed.

However, if I met the sales supervisor, don't know his name prior to my purchase, I would have gone elsewhere. He came off as indifferent, condescending and rude to the salesman, who, by the way, was excellent, transparent and accomodating.. I was also displeased with one of the finance managers, who, although he was well versed and pleasant, said a 4 star review would be a "fail." He asked that I give a five star review and implied he wants nothing less. But I shelled out $39,000 in cash for the Camry I purchased. Had he not said that, Toyaota of Scranton would have gotten a 5 star review, not a 4 star. This request is unacceptable and downgrades the 5 star reviews because that's all they want. .

Jeff showed me the autos in the showroom and also went for a test ride in a Camry and was told about the options on the that model. I was shown the other Camry's on the lot. The Camry's on the lot were not the color I was looking for. Jeff said there was one being shipped up that I might like. I was called when the car on the lot, looked it over and want for a test drive. I like the car and we went to the office and talked price. In visits to the showroom I was introduced to other members of the staff but don't remember names. On the day I was to pay and pick up my new Camry Jeff was out and others from the office staff helped me. I did meet with the person from Finance Dept and went over all the warrantee options. Mark Thomas did explain & show me in's and out's of the cars systems. I have much to learn about the cars navigation system. All the dealership's personnel I came in contact were very helpful.
