Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear that your recent experience didn’t meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating warranty delays can be, especially when your vehicle is in the shop longer than anticipated. In this case, the extended warranty company required additional steps, including photos, approvals, and a third-party inspection, which unfortunately extended the timeline beyond our control. Your vehicle arrived on a Thursday, and we moved as quickly as possible through the diagnosis and communication with the warranty provider. The decision to send out an inspector added several days to the process, and we appreciate your patience during that time. Out of respect for the inconvenience, we waived the diagnostic fee and also covered the cost of your oil change and tire rotation - at no cost to you. Once the warranty company declined coverage and you picked up the vehicle, we didn’t have the opportunity to explore other options with you or work toward a resolution. We genuinely value your business and the trust you've placed in us over the years, and we’d welcome the chance to make things right.
