Stephen was awesome ,however the back office sucked. They did not add my deposit, didn’t know the registration fee was not calculated to the OTD and gave me a car not fully buffed out . They also gave me a car w no floor mats and the manager gave me an attitude and insinuated I’m a liar. The salesman was good though and tried to smooth the drama over. Kind of a nightmare, but I love my car. More

This is my second time utilizing Dana Ford Lincoln. Their customer service Is unmatched. Purchasing a car can be a very stressful task, especially when you’re a woman. Most sales representatives will t Their customer service Is unmatched. Purchasing a car can be a very stressful task, especially when you’re a woman. Most sales representatives will treat a woman entering a dealership alone as if they don’t know what they’re doing. I’ve often felt unheard and as if I was being talked down to, because I wasn’t a man. This is not the case at Dana. Everyone was very attentive. I was assisted by Mary Graffeo. She squeezed me in same day for an appointment. She remembered me from three years ago and her energy was positive and cheerful. She was prompt for our meeting and ready to get to business. I gave her my wish list and my hard no’s. She was able to pull a list of everything I was looking for and a couple I didn’t know I wanted. We walked the showroom and the massive inventory in the lot. She placed me behind the wheel of a car that I would not have even asked to see. Still in my top five cars I wanted to see in detail, her knowledge of all the model’s bells and whistles made the decision easy. Just like that, we found the car of my dreams. She assisted in navigating me through all the necessary paperwork. Transferring from one car to another in a breeze. She made the whole experience fun and enjoyable. I felt heard and ended up leaving with just what I wanted. I will continue to refer friends and family, especially the ladies to Dana Ford Lincoln. More
