AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COSTS! ! I negotiated the purchase of a 2022 Alpina B7 from out of state and specifically asked about curb rash and/or other imperfections with the wheels. I ! I negotiated the purchase of a 2022 Alpina B7 from out of state and specifically asked about curb rash and/or other imperfections with the wheels. I was told by my sales agent Ashley Dewaelsche that there was no curb rash or other damage to any of the wheels. I flew into Chicago and drove 3 hours one way to complete the purchase to discover that there was not only significant curb rash on both front wheels, but they were also BENT in several areas. Jaylan, the sales manager, first defended Ashley and said “he wouldn’t have noticed that” but later also acknowledged that they had attempted to repair it for the previous owner. Needless to say, I did not purchase the vehicle. VERY DECEITFUL DEALERSHIP - we as consumers should not patronize dishonest and unethical businesses like this!! I would rather pay a premium for honesty and integrity. More

My wife and I just purchased a 2025 BMW X5 - our first BMW and our entry to the BMW family. My only disappointment comes from the fact that I didn't find this family many years ago. The entire experience made me think of being with old friends who just happened to sell vehicles. I'm happy to report that this was an absolutely pressure-free purchase (much to my surprise and delight). Christina spent probably far too much time with me answering questions and explaining the process and all the features that BMW offers. She was (and is) an absolute pleasure to work with - a breath of fresh air. I returned to the dealership from Warsaw a couple days later to pick up a pair of sunglasses I'd inadvertently left behind, and Christina took that opportunity to introduce me to the service writers, and the people in the parts department and to just take another step to make me feel comfortable. All told, a great decision to make a BMW our new daily driver. Thanks to everyone at BMW of Fort Wayne. More

From the beginning to end of my car buying experience at this dealership, it was the best experience I’ve ever had. I have lived in multiple cities across the US and purchased multiple luxury vehicles. I’v this dealership, it was the best experience I’ve ever had. I have lived in multiple cities across the US and purchased multiple luxury vehicles. I’ve owned Mercedes, multiple Alfa Romeo, and BMW vehicles and this was by far my favorite car buying experience. The internet person was quick to reply, Ashley responded perfectly to all my needs, finance got me want I requested, and GM was great. Even when leaving I was thanked by another manager for my business. This was the most enjoyable transaction for a car I’ve ever experienced. Thank you to everyone! More

There is no question in my mind that BMW of Fort Wayne is one of the premier dealerships in the country. I couldn't not be happier with having them as my partner when purchasing my first Mini Cooper. At no point during the entire process did I feel pressured, rushed, or "sold to." In short, they did not sell me a car, they helped me buy one, and there's a major difference between those two things. I've owned over 40 vehicles in my life, and this is the first time I ever felt like I had a partner in the process. When it's time for my next vehicle, I won't bother to look anywhere else. More
