We had a heartwarming experience at BMW of Fort Wayne during our recent lease of iX. The test drive appointment was smooth, the vehicle was phenomenal and the leasing process was concise. However, what sets BMW of Fort Wayne apart was their service after lease signing. Despite much preparation, my youngest daughter was distraught after the reality kicked in that she will no longer have the Lexus she rides since birth back after we trade it in. She cried and cried and asked us if she can say goodbye properly to Samantha (the nickname of our Lexus). By then it has already been two days after we traded the Lexus and I did not know what I can do for this "silly" request. Worse still, I work in a different state and a child's cry just breaks a mom's heart. In despair, I reached out to our client advisor Ashley. To our great surprise, when my husband landed at the dealership with the kids, Ashley was waiting outside, with a gift bag and even a Peggy stuffy. She apologized that the Lexus has already been moved to another dealership (completely not her fault) but amazingly offered to bring it back (!) She hugs my youngeat and told her she can hug "Peggy" when she misses mom or "Samantha". We are grateful beyond words for all this extra miles Ashley is willing to go to care for us as her own family and to help establish a new bond between our kiddos and the new BMW. Prior to iX, our X5 has regularly been serviced here, and our experience has always been positive. We are excited about our new iX and will likely remain loyal customers for a long long time. More
