Terrible experience. I was transferred between 3 different salespersons, and ultimately Jay, the sales manager during my week long process to simply buy a car. When I I was transferred between 3 different salespersons, and ultimately Jay, the sales manager during my week long process to simply buy a car. When I went to pick up the vehicle, a check engine light was on. I immediately called the most recent salesperson that I dealt with, wo said to call the orignal sales person back. I subsequently responded to their text after I took delivery, and never got a call back. Finally, they never transferred title, so now I have an unlicensed vehicle. Terrible, unprofessional dealership. More

I was purchasing a preowned vehicle and had a problem. The manager refused to have a discussion with me. I had to google how to reset the oil light and bring the vehicle back to be cleaned due to a moldy smell. I will not be returning to the dealership for any service since they do not value customer service. The salesman also did not return my calls after the vehicle was purchased. More

I thought the drive was exercise, but Chris was low key & very responsive. Made us feel like we were clients he wanted to serve. Hence, we purchased a vehicle one week later. I was the CEO of a multi national corporation. Customer service & client relation are the foundation of a successful business. You would do well giving Chris a call when’s shopping for a car. I reached out about a toyota seqouia , the young lady made me a same day appt. my son and i went there for our appt. with shawn stefut he told us the car had a hold........why make the appt then..we ask made me a same day appt. my son and i went there for our appt. with shawn stefut he told us the car had a hold........why make the appt then..we asked to speak to a manager shawn gets jay weigand "used car manger" he says another dealer has a hold on it,..again why set the appt. he says " well i didn't call you.xxx kinda answer is that to a potential customer.. classic bait and switch xxxxxxxx.
