I had a wonderful experience this time buying a new Dodge Durango. The whole process from start to delivery was excellent and I can’t thank my sales guy Jay Starks enough. A consummate professional who not only was professional, funny, understanding, and a great salesman but also dressed the part too, which never ever goes unnoticed by me! I believe in always dressing to your best, and he certainly did! At one point while waiting for my new Durango to be finished cleaning I found myself chatting with a very nice guy, just talking about football and where he and I were from, etc and it turns out I was chatting with the owner, Mr. Palmer himself. All in all a great experience! More
