I purchased a CPO at another Volvo dealership that shouldn't have been certified in light of its issues. After almost a YEAR of battling with that dealership and getting nowhere, I brought the vehicle shouldn't have been certified in light of its issues. Not only did he immediately concede that there was an issue, but he took all necessary steps to remedy it. He deserves TEN stars! I have been dealing with luxury brands and their associated service departments for more than twenty years - Jay Rosen runs the best, most honest, most accommodating service department out there BY FAR! I will never put my Volvo in the hands of another service department. Thank you Jay for renewing my faith in the brand. You're the BEST! More

I gave my mileage to Service advisors (Recent one was Tami). They get my signature & credit card and Andy do all magic touches on my car most of the time. Big kudos to JAY for keeping me as a satisfied prestige customer over the years. Never say NO even if the answer is NO.
