Outstanding customer service!!! Everyone was friendly and very helpful. I was in for a regular maintenance and the service was quick and accomadating. I brought my car in to replace a flat tire. As this is the second time it happened, we inspected the affected tire to make sure there were no scratches simlar to the one we found last time. To our dismay the second time it happened, we inspected the affected tire to make sure there were no scratches simlar to the one we found last time. To our dismay there were scratches that appeared to be made from a machine as it was the same consistent pattern. We brought this to Patricia's attention, and subsequentally the service manager. They were very helpful in making things right. We booked another service to have the tire specialist "clean it up." More

I would like to sincerely thank and commend Jay Rosen along with his entire staff for all they do, in particular how Jay and his team went above and beyond on October 20, 2011. My wife and I welcomed a beautiful baby girl, Avery, into the world on October 16, 2011. Prior to my wife's delivery she was home, subjected to strict rest and was not allowed to drive. Accidentally, she had left her hatch on her 2011 XC90 cracked open. Unfortunately, this caused the car's battery to lose all power. On October 20, 2011, one of the most important days of our lives, I went into the XC 90 in route to bring my wife and child home from the hospital. I went into pure panic mode, when I realized the car was dead. As it was, I hardly slept that night with the pure excitement of my family coming home. My first reaction was to call roadside service, who said the soonest someone could be there was 3 to 4 hours. I then thought, let me call Jay Rosen at Prestige. I live in Roseland NJ, which is 15 minutes from Prestige Volvo. When I spoke to Jay and explained the situation, he replied without hesitation, we're on our way...no further questions asked. Jay had a technician dispatched immediately, who arrived in 16 minutes from when Jay and I hung up. This saved the day! Without Jay Rosen and his teams help that day, the most exciting day of our lives could have turned into the most stressful one, full of obstacles. I commend Jay Rosen and his entire staff for treating people like family instead of customers. My wife and I bought two cars (XC90 and S60) at this dealership in March 2004. By now, both cars have over 100,000 miles and, having followed the recommended service schedule, we've been problem free du dealership in March 2004. By now, both cars have over 100,000 miles and, having followed the recommended service schedule, we've been problem free during all these years. The service team is friendly, accommodating and receptive to suggestions. At the same time, their recommendations have always proven to be accurate. Above all, they are very professional. The scheduling process is easy and the car is ready when promised. I haven't met the mechanics, but their job is just superb because the cars run like new and, unfortunately for me, they are not any more. I would recommend this Service Department to anybody looking for first class service, not just for their cars but for themselves. More
