Had excellent service -owned approx 5 Volvos in our family-Mathew runs an excellent dealership with fair pricing and excellent service. Jay in service follows through as promised, works briskly with in family-Mathew runs an excellent dealership with fair pricing and excellent service. Jay in service follows through as promised, works briskly with insurance adjuster when needed and is honest. He told us certain things did not need repair now and saved us a lot of money. Patricia diligently got us a loaner vehicle on short notice and helped us tremendously during a difficult situation with another autobody shop. We had out car taken to an autobody shop that the insurance recommended and after dealing now with Volvo the car is finally fixed after multiple attempts with the other shop . We will always in future bring it right to Geico. . I have dealt with other dealerships including Mercedes, Nissan, Saab and Audi and it never fails that Prestige Volvo beats them all. More

I've had my car serviced several times at Prestige. The service associates are always professional= and courteous. I've been a fan of Prestige Volvo since I bought my Volvo V50 T5 AWD from this dealership in 2006. This is not your usual high volume dealership. Sure they might sell dozens of Volvo cars, but each customer V50 T5 AWD from this dealership in 2006. This is not your usual high volume dealership. Sure they might sell dozens of Volvo cars, but each customer is treated like a member of the family. I'd like to say, and it's abundantly clear that my friends at Prestige know me as well, if not better than my own family. The QUALITY of the service is job one. I'm recognized and revered as a member of the family of VOLVO through the art and science of the capable service department. They care about me AND my Volvo. It's an honor to have them work on my car. More

Prestige is a wonderful dealer. I have been positive with that since I purchased my Volvo there. When it came to my first car service, I called Jay and he even clearly remembered me. No need to mentio with that since I purchased my Volvo there. When it came to my first car service, I called Jay and he even clearly remembered me. No need to mention the greetings from Jay, Bob, and Patricia were very warm. No need to mention how convenient to file the document because Bob was super fast and professional with it. I even didn't have to go back to my car to check the mileage because Jay already handled everything. When I signed my name and walked out the door, Joe already were waiting outside to send me back home...What else can I say? I love this whole team! That's why I am so confident to recommend Prestige to my friends. My friends didn't just take my words, they went there and experienced it by themselves and as far as I know they already drove one XC90 and two XC60 T6 away, ha-ha~~ More
