Outstanding Service Today at 6:30am, my car decided to make an awful noise. Not wanting to risk breaking down, I took my partners car to drop off the kids at school. On Today at 6:30am, my car decided to make an awful noise. Not wanting to risk breaking down, I took my partners car to drop off the kids at school. On my way home I was dreading the extra work of waiting for the tow truck, and worse yet, wondering when I would get my car back. It was only reasonable to expect it wouldn't be looked at today. After running a few errands I called Prestige and spoke to Jay, much to my surprise the car was already on the lift. An hour later I received a call that the car was ready to be picked up. Ugh. It would have to wait a day until I could arrange a ride. Again to my surprise, Jay offered to have it dropped off. When I returned from home, there it was cleaner than when it was towed away. I couldn't have been more satisfied. More

Excellent service, patient customer service We have an older XC90 that we want to keep going as long as possible. Prestige Volvo and Patricia Summerville in particular, were very understanding of our goal. She was patient as I did my usual 25 questions about each service, and did her best to get us the right service for us (versus pushing only "standard" services as some dealerships do ). Very nice, very professional and patient. The service manager there, Jay Rosen, has been very helpful to us as well, personally helping us diagnose issues, and, arranging for assistance from Volvo headquarters on repairs. Great dealership. More

Brand new baby and car battery died! I could not be any more grateful to Prestige Volvo. Right after my precious baby was born, my battery on my car died. JAY& MATT ARE AMAZING!!! I am so I could not be any more grateful to Prestige Volvo. Right after my precious baby was born, my battery on my car died. JAY& MATT ARE AMAZING!!! I am so grateful for both of them. Prestige Volvo literally drove over an hour to pick up the car, took 1 day to fix it, and brought the car all the way back to me in less than 48 hours total. Their patience (crying baby in the back ground on our calls) and kindness blew me away....I've never been treated better at ANY other dealership. Including Mercedes, Porsche, and Range Rover. Their customer service is EXCEPTIONAL, and they truly care and do anything they can to help...even if the circumstances are hugely inconvenient for them. AND they saved me so much $ from the local shop. So much gratitude and loyalty to Prestige!!! More

Prestige Volvo came to the rescue Having initially obtained my xc60 from another dealership in the area, I was very upset when no one would help me after several urgent service lights Having initially obtained my xc60 from another dealership in the area, I was very upset when no one would help me after several urgent service lights came on in my car. Jay Rosen at Prestige Volvo took me under his wing and accommodated service for my car right away. He put my mind at ease and treated me with customer service that I've never experienced before! As a mom who drives a Volvo for the safety reputation, my main concern was getting the issues resolved quickly so that I could drive my 2 year old son around without worry. Jay and his team fully understood that and made sure to fit us in and get the job done- even though we leased from someone else. Needless to say, my lease is up soon and we will only be shopping at Prestige! Jenelle was also extremely helpful in setting my appointment up. She was wonderful. More

"It doesn't get Better than Jay Rosen" My daughter bought her first new car from Prestige Volvo after going to several other Dealerships. As the protective Father I went with her every step My daughter bought her first new car from Prestige Volvo after going to several other Dealerships. As the protective Father I went with her every step of the way and was impressed with the whole buying process at this location. This dealership was over two hours away from us but we felt we were going to have the best experience at Prestige Volvo, and we were right. The car was a 2015 loaner with hardly any miles at all on it but had a scratch on the front fender which when we picked up the car the paint repair was noticeable. I told Jay I wasn't happy as he agreed it wasn't right and couldn't apologize enough and said the guy is usually very good! I told Jay that instead of having their guy repaint the bumper, I wanted to take it to a professional auto body repair place and have it done right for my daughter and that I just didn't trust their guy that did this. Jay agreed and immediately said "if I have to put a new bumper on the car to make it right for your daughter, that's what I'll do!" I later explained to Jay that after taking it to several places and still having mixed emotions about what each one wanted to do and the fact that they all said because it's the front bumper which is taking the biggest impact of wind, debris and whatever else is throw at it, as good as the clear coat is that they were going to put on, it STILL won't be as good as the Factory finish! I told Jay that it's my daughters first new car, she's making payments for the next 6 years and with that, Jay didn't hesitate one bit to stop me in mid conversation and say "I want your daughters car to be right, I'm ordering you a new bumper! When it comes in, I'll put it right n for you as you're waiting so you guys don't have to drive the four hour round trip again to pick the car up!" That is exactly what Jay did and how it played out. Yesterday my daughter and I drove up, Jay gave us a loaner car, we went for breakfast and killed 3 hours and drove home with the new bumper on the car. It doesn't get much better than that! Thanks Jay! More
